Located in the heart of Villefranche-sur-Mer, on rue Volti, the Artist’s Atelier is a one (1) bedroom apartment in a 600-year-old building. The apartment is fully renovated and retains classic charm with 12-foot ceilings and old wooden beams. Mediterranean light streams into the Artist’s Atelier through the French doors. Watch Villefranche’s daily goings-on from the balcony with the sparkling sea in the background.

This apartment has an eclectic feel, decorated with comfortable furniture and colourful art on the whitewashed walls. It feels like you entered a gallery or an artist’s workshop — hence the name “Artist’s Atelier.”

Designed for comfort and practicality, the bedroom has a high-quality queen-sized bed and a large closet for hanging clothes and drawers for other items. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, and large sink with plenty of counter space and storage for toiletries and excellent lighting.

The kitchen, dining and living areas combine to form an ample space with French doors opening onto a small balcony. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, an electric oven and grill, a dishwasher, a microwave, granite countertops, a butcher block counter, and cookware for someone who loves to cook. Enjoy breakfast or an evening cocktail on the balcony with a view of the pedestrian street below, the bay and Villa Rothschild on Cap Ferrat.

Should you need to do some work, there is also a tiny room with a handy built-in desk and additional space for storing large items.

In the heart of Old Town of Villefranche, on Rue Volti, a well-known pedestrian street in the village, the apartment is a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Shop at the local boulangerie, butcher shop and greengrocer. Place de la Paix, where life unfolds in Villefranche, is just steps from the Artist’s Atelier. Many local families live on this street so that you can enjoy authentic village life during your stay. You do not need a car as public transport is steps away, and everything is within walking distance.

There is a €100 cleaning fee per week.

The apartment has AC throughout.

There is a smart TV with English and French stations, or you can watch your stations by connecting to the TV.

In addition, there is a music system where you can connect your device via Bluetooth.
