This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Perfectly Provence collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from website users (“User(s)”) of the Perfectly Provence (https://perfectlyprovence.co/) website (“PP Website”). This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by Perfectly Provence.

Website

The Perfectly Provence Website is hosted by Media Temple. Users can read the company’s privacy policy here. We do not knowingly share any User information with our hosting company. User information is not stored on one of our hosting company’s servers.

Perfectly Provence is a digital magazine, a resource for travellers to the South of France and expats living in the region.

Newsletters

We issue a regular newsletter, sent via e-mail, to share updates, news and current events about Provence and other regions in France. The e-mail service we use is Mail Chimp you can read their full privacy policy here.

Should you decide to Opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include news, current event updates, regional products or service offerings and other information. Should you agree to subscribe to our newsletter, and therefore provide us with the information required, we will not sell or lease your details to any other party. We will not track individual persons’ activities.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our PP Website, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the PP Website.
