Dutch-born Sophia van Woensel-Mose and her family moved from London to the south of France in 2005 and now live in beautiful Aix-en-Provence. Sophia worked as an international finance lawyer in New York and London and although she loves both those cities, she does not miss the “rat race.” Instead she thoroughly enjoys the slower pace of life, quality food and perfect climate of Provence.
