Virtual Cooking Club Book a Taste of Travel Now

While we plan our late 2021 and 2022 travel, why not escape to sunny Provence, Portugal or Spain for a few hours?

Let’s start with a giveaway! Last call for your chance to win a copy of our Festa Italiana cookbook – Enter here. Chef and cookbook author Letizia will select the winning entry on February 28. You do not have to be signed up for classes to participate.

Virtual Cooking Club

Prepare a delicious, full meal with a local chef and a small group of fellow “cooks” in a “hands-on,” relaxed and fun environment. Our February 28 Taste of Umbria live, a virtual cooking class is fully booked. Chef Letizia will guide us through her menu which includes a Lentil Soup with Arugula, White Chicken Cacciatore and Panna Cotta with Caramelized Apples, direct from her Umbrian kitchen. This class is sold out but inquire about future classes and tours.

On March 14, Chef Rosa Jackson will lead us from her kitchen in Nice for our Taste of Provence live, virtual cooking class. The menu will include Poulet au Pastis and an Olive Oil Lemon Tart.

March 21 is our Taste of Portugal live virtual cooking class with Chef Felipe direct from his Lisbon kitchen. We’ll prepare a very traditional menu: Peixinhos da Horta, Bras-style fish (or chicken or vegetables) and Farofias for dessert. This menu can be completely vegetarian for those who do not eat meat or fish.
