My Truffle Oak Tree Grows in Provence
Modern Trobadors · TasteThanks to a very generous friend, my family and I own an oak tree in Provence. Nestled in the thickly wooded hills of the Luberon between Lourmarin and Cadenet, is a large organic farm called Les Pastras (which means “the pastures,” in Langue d’Oc, the old Provençal language). For details on this delightful gift of a truffle oak at Les Pastras outside of Cadenet.
This little tree (which comes with a certificate) will be well cared for while it matures and begins to produce truffles near its roots. Now that is the kind of present any foodie would love!
