Sandrine Castineira rounded out her sommelier designation with hands-on work at a vineyard in the Luberon. Marrying the wine theory with practical work led her to see a gap in the distribution network. In 2004, she launched her business, collaborating with restaurants building their wine lists and the winemakers. Today, her wine selections appear on restaurant wine menus around the region. The next step in her wine journey began in 2011, involving a retail location now called Di Vin Coustellet. This store offers epicurean delights, wine, of course, and is the base of operations for Je Cree Ma Cave, a monthly wine club program.
