Autumn in Provence

Autumn in Provence has an intoxication all of its own. With the crowds have left and the temperatures slightly cooler. Read Cobblestones and Vineyards for Cheryl’s photos of Provence in the fall. It is a time when the crowds of tourists have thinned out, farmers are hard work picking apples, pears, grapes, and olives and getting ready for winter. The temperatures at this time of year can be perfect for hiking, biking or just enjoying a drink on a sunny café terrace.
