Learning French Cuisine a Gourmet Cooking Class in Provence

I was recently invited to a full day gourmet cooking class at Jean-Marc and Alice Villard’s cooking school in their home at Maubec. #Joblove !! haha. Maubec is located in the Luberon, about 45 minutes from Avignon an hour from Aix en Provence.an hour from Aix en Provence. The class was a wonderful way to spend a day learning about food, wine, and French culture.

Ashley was born and raised in Montréal, Canada. She has always been drawn to the history, way of life and beauty of Europe. This couple are indulging in local olives and wine as the Provencal sunshine changes craggy rocks into things of beauty.
