Watch the French SUP Cup in Estérel Côte d’Azur!

This weekend head to Saint-Raphaël to watch top stand-up paddleboard (SUP) champions and kids compete in this Coupe de France event.

Event Details

June 3: Registrations close
June 5: 10 am: Kids lessons
June 5: 2 pm: 1st French Surf Federation race
June 5: 6 pm: Sprint
June 6: 10 am: 2nd French Surf Federation race

These two champions will face each other in a “duel” on the water:

Olivia Piana, three-time World Champion in both race formats: distance race, sprint and technical race.

Fanny Tessier, double champion of France in inland waters and world champion for team events.

First race: Technical Event

• 6/8 km race.
• Scheduled departure from Veillat beach, depending on the weather.
• The technical race, generally in two or three loops, on the beach, with
many bends and possibly a few passages on land.

Second Race: Long-distance Event

• 10/15 km race.
• Scheduled departure from Veillat beach, depending on the weather.
• The long-distance will be a loop or from point A to point B depending on the weather.
