All the colour of the best daily French Food Market in Aix-en-Provence
Markets in Provence and Cote d'Azur · TastePlace Richelme is THE place for market lovers in Aix-en-Provence. There is a market every single day of the week in Place Richelme and a much bigger market including antiques, silverware, spices, linens, soaps and flowers on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in Place des Prêcheurs and Place de la Madeleine.
The daily fruit and vegetable market is held in this lovely, shady space. The small enclave called La Place aux Herbes was the scene of the original fish and vegetable market in 1360. For more photos from My Dreamy Provence you can see Jill’s colour of food post here.
