Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts Gin
  • 1 part Blackberry Cordial
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • sliced orange
  • sliced Plums
  • Blackberries
  • cinnamon stick
  • star anise
  • Ice
  • soda water

Instructions
 

  • Muddle all the ingredients, except the soda, together in a large jug or punch bowl. Pour in the soda water, mix well and adjust to taste.
