2clusters of cherry tomatoes on the vineapprox. 12-16 tomatoes per cluster

Instructions
Heat the oven to 205°C / 400°F
Place tomatoes, still attached to their vines, on a baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence
Bake for 25 minutes or until their skins have slightly softened/burst and they appear to be melting
