Blackberry and Rosé Cocktail

- 1 1/2 oz Mirabeau Pure Rosé
- 1/2 oz Crème de Mure
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 oz Simple Syrup optional
Shake together all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into a Collins glass Tumbler filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh Brambles (aka Blackberries), mint leaves and some cracked black pepper. If you like it a little sweeter, add 1/3 oz (10ml) of Simple Syrup before shaking.
