Ingredients
  

  • 2 clusters of Cherry Tomatoes on the vine approx. 12-16 tomatoes per cluster
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Herbes de Provence

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 205°C / 400°F
  • Place tomatoes, still attached to their vines, on a baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until their skins have slightly softened/burst and they appear to be melting
