Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts Gin
  • 1 part Blackberry Cordial
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • sliced Orange
  • sliced Plums
  • Blackberries
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Star Anise
  • Ice
  • Soda Water

Instructions
 

  • Muddle all the ingredients, except the soda, together in a large jug or punch bowl. Pour in the soda water, mix well and adjust to taste.
