In a small pot on the stove, add the dried lavender buds to the milk, gently bring to a boil, turn off the heat (but leave on the warm element) and let the liquid steep for 5-8 minutes. Then strain out the lavender, mix in the chocolate and voila!
Don't forget to swirl on whipped cream sprinkled with lavender buds for a final (and delicious) topping!
