Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cabécou goat cheese (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cab%C3%A9cou)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple It's essential to use this variety because of its acidity.
  • 6 tsp fig-spice jam
  • olive oil Assemblage variety
  • 6 slices bread Use sandwich-style bread
  • 100 mL balsamic cream to decorate your plates

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Spread your slices of sandwich bread and cut them into 6 rounds using a cookie cutter, or keep your slices of sandwich bread square.
  • Wash your green apple and cut 6 whole slices. Remove the seeds. Place the apple slices on the slices of sandwich bread, add a teaspoon of fig-spice bread jam, and add your Cabécou. Drizzle the Assemblage olive oil over the toast and bake for 3 minutes.
  • Immediately place your hot toast on a plate, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and serve with a small rocket salad!

Notes
