Because autumn also means Halloween season, "Practical Magic" is sure to put you in the mood. Family, heartbreak, witchcraft, magic, 1990’s vibes, Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock…this movie has it all. And to celebrate THAT Midnight Margarita scene, here is our very own Margarita recipe.

Equipment

  • Martini shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Mirabeau Dry Gin
  • 45 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 wedge Lime juiced
  • 90 ml Spicy Ginger Beer

For the Garnish

  • 60 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Grapefruit Zest
  • 60 ml Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 wheels Grapefruit Slices

Instructions
 

  • Place the grapefruit juice in a bowl. On a plate, combine the zest and sugar. Dip the rim of a coupe or martini glass into the juice first, shake off any excess liquid, then let it kiss the sugar mixture to coat the rim evenly. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the Mirabeau Dry Gin and juices. Shake vigorously and pour into the prepared glass. Top it up with the spicy ginger beer and garnish with the half wheels of grapefruit.
