Yoga Retreats in Provence Zen for Foodies

What are the chances of two American expats from Colorado reconnecting in a yoga class in Provence? It seems that the odds are better than buying a lottery ticket.

Jane Satow and Sabrina Sadeghi Millecamp spent a number of years living in healthy Colorado State, practicing yoga and enjoying mountain sports. Fate arranged for them to meet up again many years later in Saint Remy de Provence at one of Sabrina’s yoga classes. According to Jane, they hit it off right away and after several years are combining their strengths to co-host luxury yoga retreats in Provence.

This powerhouse team is combining Sabrina’s yoga experience (her website is here) and Jane’s guiding knowledge (her website is here) into one-week holidays, where guests will “Enjoy all the best things in life during a healthy gourmet vacation.”

The ladies have secured ideal accommodation in the quintessential Provencal village of Eygalières. Read more about why you should visit this town here. Mas Malvern, a private luxury residence in Eygalières, will be the accommodation for eight lucky guests (private or shared room in the villa with en-suite bathrooms).

Around “home-base” Jane and Sabrina have crafted a unique week of yoga, gourmet food and some regional touring. Did I mention there would be a bit of wine sampling?

Provence Yoga Retreats promises to be a rare experience striking a balance between yoga sessions, a dose of local culture, guided historical tours and gourmet food. How do private yoga classes poolside and in-studio sound?
